NavPix No Joy

Hi
Just having a play with my N60i, I tried to down load some Navpix images to the PC. Not having done this before?
When clicking onto the Navpix icon the resolution of the PC changes. I cannot get the software to work at all. I have the service patch installed?
Any help.

Hi again Dave.
I have been reading page 104 of the N60i Manual. Are those the instructions that you have been following?

As far as I can see, you have to download the NavPix in a zip file to your PC. Then open the zip file to an Navpix Album on your computer. From there follow the p 104 instructions to upload the pics to your N60i.
Where is it going wrong?
