Hello guys first post here.. Just been through the pain of changing my cameras to .csv just to please to poi software.
Anyhow i have just got a Icn720 for £40 new boxed as my old Pin570 is just about dead now. I have loads of important saved locations and favourite on the Pin570 so can i somehow transfer them to the new Icn720 ??
Thanks in advance |

Hi sedsy, Welome to the forum.
Unfortunatly unless anyone knows differently it is a manual task. It has been suggested before about saving a poi list but for the effort wouldn't be worth it. _________________ Dom

Try typing in *.* into the filename box in poi manager and you won't have to change anything. _________________ Dom

Tried that after reading some other posts but it didn`t work for me for some reason. i take it *.* is star or times on numpad and dot as in full stop?

The Pin software is based on PPC software circa 2002. The 750 software is based on the latest Navman NZ Software, which was a complete ground up rewrite. As I understand, the powers that be at Navman decided backward / sideways compatabilty was not a priority, so the file formats are different and there is no conversion software. |
