I have just installed the pgpsw speed camera database on my new Navman N40 sat nav. The speed cams have installed ok but the icons are not showing in the menu or map screens. I have installed them the correct way as i have many times before on other N series sat navs. But for some reason there is just a black square on the map where the icon should be on my new one? The camera icons are fine to preview on my pc but will not open when i try to open the navman file on the device and preview them on my pc. The installation worked fine on my previous N40 .I am also getting the message that some maps have not loaded correctly on startup. I have reinstalled all the maps but am still getting this message.

Device does not support all bitmap formats so if it's fine on PC does not mean it will be fine on device as well.

This is most probably caused by Custom POIs you added, not by actual maps. Try removing all Custom POIs and then add them one by one until you find offending one.
