Crackly Speaker on TT720

Anybody else get a crackly speaker after the volume is put up more then 85% ? This happens mostly on a telephone calls.

the only time I get a crackly speaker is when I operate my 720 without it being connected to the car charger and the crackling is worse when I get camera warnings, the crackling starts minutes after I disconnect the car charger so I don't think its a low battery issue.
