How to receive all camera locations

HI all,
Beginners question!
If I download and install to my tom tom 910 the latest camera locations from the Speed camera database will I receive all previous locations at the same time, if not how do I get them please,

The latest database is a compilation of the previous months with the addition of new locations in the last month, less any that have been removed. So is always up to date.
