|
|
Hi all
I've had the new TomTom One v3 for a month now and it's a cracking little unit. The mapshare feature is invaluable and I've noticed quite a few errors in my area so pushing the report button on the map makes it easy to correct later. However, the button has now disappeared 4 times for no reason and I have to go back into the mapshare options to select "Show report button".
Why does this keep happening.
Oh, and does anyone know where to get the FM Traffic receiver for this unit in the UK?
Many thanks

As for your map share button disapearing I am not too sure why, I have never experianced or heard of that before - Mike |

Do you mean the report button in the "Quick menu" (the one accessed by the green arrow on the main driving screen)?
If so, that menu is bug-ridden. Every time You connect to "Home" it seems to re-assign the entries in that menu and loses the ones you've added. |

On a One Third Edition there is no short cut menu as such, all you can put on the main nav screen is a button to record a map error, you cannot add or change functionality to this short cut - Mike |

You don't even have to connect to HOME. Just connecting to my PC is enough to lose all my MapShare preferences on XL and 520. _________________ Tim |
