520 Handsfree problem

Hi Folks

I got a 520 which I have now had for 2 weeks and I have to say I am not very happy with it.

My main problem is the handfree. I have had it working twice! Other times I get no sound at all for me or the caller, or the caller can hear a loud buzzing!

I can't work out from readin other posts if it is a software or hardware fault, so whether to keep it and wait for a software update or take it back because it is a fault. I have to say when I first got it the bluetooth handsfree did work before I updated it. Don't know if this is a coincidence or not?

Any opinions on this would be gratefully recieved!

Oh and the other problem, battery time is complete rubbish!

This is a known fault.
Try a Search for "buzzing" in just this section of the forum - as of today, you get 31 matches.

Take it back for a refund or replacement.
