Hi all new to this site so please bare with me! I have recently got myself a TomTom Go 710 which has pre installed TomTom speed cameras which is well out of date. I want to use the Pocket GPS world database but wondered how this will work
A) Will it just overwrite the TomTom Files?
B) What is the best download from this site?
C) How much space will I need to clear of my TomTom as I know it has little space left on the card?

Welcome aboard. Installing our database won't overwrite the pre-installed TomTom files, the easiest method is to first take a backup and then delete them using TomTom HOME.
To install you can download our HOME compatible version.
The largest option is the speed zoned and that consumes about 600Kb of space. You will need more space if you choose to use the custom voice files we also have available.

A. No
B. That is always a personal preference. I think the Speed Zoned is generally the favourite download. On the download page there are several information Links.
C. About 400KB, more if you are using the 'pmobiles' File.
You would be best starting off by reading the FAQ Page.
Start with #1, then 13, 4, 5 and 3.
You will of course need to Subscribe.
Remember the Camera Database is like any other POI File. I would advise using the TomTom OV2 download, and not TomTom HOME.
