Hi Guys,
I recently purchased a Tom Tom One XL Europe with built in speed cameras. I updated it using tom tom home with quick gpsfix and the new tom tom software and now the movement is jerky and not fluid as it was and also all speed cameras have dissapeared. Any ideas?
Many thanks. |

i hope you made a backup before messing with it if you did then you can revert to the previous software install.
as for the cameras, you may have to reactivate them, sorry i cant be more specific, but i have the v2 |

thanks for the reply. ive reverted to a backup but ideally would like the new software on it. Any idea how to reactivate the cameras? I have gone into the normal place and it says i have to buy them (in the plus services part). |

If you look back through some of the recent topics (probably in the TomTom-specific forum section), there are reports that TomTom's latest software update actually breaks their own speed camera functions.
Typically, TomTom have not admitted this generally, only in email replies to specific complaints. |
