Upgrading - Classic Go300 to Go720

Ive had my Classic 300 for about three years and found it more than good enough for me but my pal has a new nav system and got my buying finger itchy . I *think* a 720 is what Im looking at but have a question. My buddys system (Garmin I think) has an option screen that shows you info like average speed over trip, time taken, etc etc. Does the newer TT software do stuff like that?
And whats my old 300 worth? Spent £350 on it back in the day(!) and then spent another £75 on Europe maps for it last year. I had a look at forum rules but cant see a For Sale forum - are we not allowed to flog it here?
