MyGuide 3100 Map Bundle

Hi Everyone...
I am a newbie to this site and to using a Sat Nav, Im not sure if im posting in right forum, so i appologise before hand if i am?
I would firstly like to say Thankyou for the step by step instructions in how to activate speed camera's they work an absolute treat, warning sounds on approach too
My question relates to a Full MyGuide 3100 Map bundle i have just downloaded... I have transfered what maps of europe i wanted to add to my SD card and placed SD card into my satnav, But when i reboot up, its telling me some maps installed are locked and i need to visit myguide website, I have done this, but not managed to find anything i need to do or go, to unlock these maps? if someone has done similar to myself, and have managed to unlock the maps? would they please be good enough to let me know how i can unlocked the locked maps? any advice would be greatefully recieved.
