I've got of one of these, but unfortunately it isn't on TomTom's list of compatible PDAs. I had to go out and buy a Mio 168 in order to get TTN6 to run.
Problem is that Medion, I believe, have mucked about with WM2003 first edition and the resulting customisation results in a OS code of MDWWER02F , and although this is supposed to be WM2003FE, it won't run TTN6.
However, CoPilot 6 runs perfectly, although it is very sparse in spoken instructions and map display, unless you select Roger the android, and is not as comprehensive as Medion's Navigator 4.2, now completely out of date.
Medion have a very expensive update called Medion Navigator 5, but this has many street and address ommissions besides using inferior Navteq mapping.
