1. Yes.
2. #4 of the FAQs Page. Also see #1 for Backing Up first.
The first Five Links make for essential reading. _________________ Richard

Rats, Oldboy has started beating me with his replies again, but I'd spent all this time typing, so you're going to get the same advice a second time anyway!!
1. Yes
2. In just the same way as with the other models
When you connect the TomTom to your computer (and shut down TomTom's "Home" utility if it insists on opening), Whatever storage you have on your TT is "seen" by the PC as a new harddrive (with the next free drive letter after all your normal drives and CDs etc.)
For models with BOTH internal memory and an SD slot, it's seen as two drives.
All you need to do, for whatever system, is download the camera files to a place on your PC and then copy and paste them into the map folder on your TomTom.
Full instructions are in the "sticky" FAQ topic in this forum HERE.
You MUST do a complete backup (FAQ #1) first, before you do ANY messing around, then follow FAQ #4 (and #5 if you want voice alerts). FAQ #13 tells you how to get rid of TomTom's own camera data if that is already on your device.
Take it slowly, there's a lot to take in all at once, but it's really easy once you get the hang of it.
Come back with any questions/problems. |
