iGo updates HELP

I've downloaded the iGo UK updates (10fbl files/1sfv file?)
Now how do I get the updates onto and working on my MyGuide 3100?

are these map files the camera data is in a txt files as far as I know unless MaFt has changed thbe format I have updated my igo cameras for a couple of months

I think weve had this recently that particlar unit will not accept warnings

If you have a poi file and in that poi file a speedcam file copy the igo txt file there start igo up the close and reset the unit
