Tomtom Go 710 Safety/Speed Cameras not showing up at all

Hi there
When purchased my tomtom Go 710 came with free Safety Cameras, but unfortunatley I lost the SD card with the maps on.
To cut a long story short (see my other post!), I purchased Western Europe Maps on DVD and put them onto new SD card, and all was fine I thought until I took a little trip to London.
None of the UK speed/safety cameras seem to show up on route.
Looking at my Tomtom through TOMTOM HOME I can see that there are Speed cameras on the SD card (I remember my computer downloading them automatically from the tomtom website).
They show up as
Western Europe Safety Cam UK 30 40 50 60 70 other.
Are these not the speed/safety cams????

I have the following selected under TOMTOM PLUS SERVICES-Safety Camera warnings
ENABLE WARNINGS. (green ticked)

Also if I chose TOMTOM PLUS SERVICES-Show Safety Cameras-
They appear on the map, but when you drive through them they dont appear or make a noise or anything.

If I look under Manage POI's-Warn when near POI
there isn't even a category under there for Safety Cams.

Can anyone help?
