A friend of mine says he has new NAVCORE 7 software running on his yomtom ONE (version2)
I did not beleive him initially and asked him to read out the version number etc.
these are the details he has given me over the phone
APP 7.101 (5427/070705) OS :2711
29MB RAM (free 3.9 MB)
GPS V1.21 , Boot 5.3006
map V675.1409
He says there is no voice recognition or TTS on this version on his TTone
I was under the impression version 7 is only available for tomtom 720 /520
I would welcome any comments |

Sounds like he has found a hacked copy on the internet. AFAIK TomTom have certainly not released a version (other than that installed on the 520/720 when you buy it) yet.
It's not expected before late Autumn/end of the year depending on who you believe.
Could you not have just asked him where he got it from? |

my mistake You are right it was 7.101.8427 not 7.101.5427
Can you plaese post al ink to TT's website as i can not find it anywhere
Is it available to download from TT ?
I dont know where my friend got the software from |

The question is, what's a ONE V6? The ONE XL is a ONE V5.
