Battery always flat TT ONE

Hi,
I purchased by ONE (Europe) V2 in April and it has been excellent since then. However, I have noticed that when I turn the car off, ie power to the TomTom is off the low battery sign immediatly flahes. I have tried to charge the battery by leaving swithced off connected to the computer. but the internal battery simply is not holding the charge at all. It says it is charging etc.
Has anyone had this problem?

I would take it back and get your money back and now the new 720 is out, the prices for what you had should of dropped, and then get a new one with another 12 months warranty
