Apparently not - these young kids can't resist a chance to giggle.
However, I can offer three possible solutions ...
1. Contact BP (and the others) to ask them for POIs or addresses/postcodes of such stations and you could then create your own set.
2. Carry a little bottle of Cetane with you to add to any diesel you have to buy which doesn't have added Cetane.
3. Give the filling station attendant (at the non-Cetane station) a big tip so that it feels like you're getting added Cetane. :D

BP, on there Website, state that over 1100 BP locations have BP Ultimate.
As there are just over 1100 BP Locations in total I can only presume that all the Fuel Stations carry the Product, or that they don't do a separate list.
Shell and Total I haven't looked in to.
