Can't downlaod database

I have been downloading Garmin POI speed camera databases for several months. Today however it simply loads a black screen when I try to download. I am doing the same thing as I have done before. Are there problems with the system?

I just tried "Garmin POI Loader" version, "UK - Speed Zoned Complete" and it seems to be working for me.

There is a new version due out later today though, so there may be some "jiggling about" being done at the moment.

Other than that, the usual culprits are: not logged in, subscription run out, Virus checker or Firewall blocking it.

is the black screen on your pc when you download the files from this site? or is the black screen on your garmin when you try to upload the files to the device?

Oops, I meant BLANK screen, on my computer, immmediately after I try to download the UK speed databases.

Adjusting firewall and anti-spy etc doesn't work. I am still having the same problems. Couldn't find PocketGPS on my controlled programs on AVirus so must be soething else.

Same happened here. I just clocsed the browser and started again.

As the new database has just been released it's possible things are a bit busy.

Still not working for me. All I get is a page that says: PocketGPSWorld.com Speed Cameras. . .

In which case some more info would be useful, What Anti Virus? Firewall? OS? Web Browser?

Using Windows XP.
Firefox.
Zone alarm security suite inc firewall and AV.

All of which I have used before without problems. Also I was able yesterday to download POI from your database. Just won't give me the speed cameras.

Try with Internet Explorer.

Thanks for the help. It worked with IE. Don't know why it stopped working on Firefox though.
