garmin 660 please help desperate

hi there, just joined and could do with some help. i have a garmin 660 nuvi fm. i have just downloaded new camera alerts via poi loader software. do i have to untick the garmin safety camera alerts before i install these on my sat nav. i would also like to know the right file to download, is it uk single file with all cameras? and does this file include red light cameras, if so how do the red light cameras show up on my garmin. sorry to ask so many things at once but this is the first sat nav i have owned and as i am 53 i am finding things a bit heavy going. many thanks to anybody that can help. waynebus.
