How CAn I get Audible warnings of Cameras on TOmTom One

I have a tom tom one (original Version) onto which I have downloaded their Camera Database. It has recently been re-worked and now I can't get any audible warning of approaching speed cameras.
Can I download GPS World Camera database instead onto my unit?

There are several sections that you will need to read. These are for removing the TT cameras, setting up PGPSW cameras, etc.

But they are all essential reading if you want to remain hassle free. ;)
