Medion pna175 tomtom 6 maps?

Hiya I recently converted my pdna175 to tomtom 5 thanks to a member of pocketgpsworld. I have found that alot of the maps are out of date with the roads. What im looking for is a step by step guide to either converting to tomtom6 or installing TT6 maps and poi. (I did put on TT6 maps on SD card but system froze and I had to reboot) I hope someone out there can help.
