Ouch that's very bad for a big outfit like Evesham, have you asked them what's going on?
I don't know what software the Navcam runs, do you know or have a link to a manual? With that info we may be able to identify which database they use (or you could email me one of their older updates?). _________________ Darren Griffin |

Indeed the last update was Sept 2006

Speed Camera Database update – September 2006 R1. The database is now bigger than it has ever been before holding in excess of 10,200 camera fixed and mobile camera locations. |

mobilenavigator.exe is the application with
an RDAT file of 3.7Mb both dated 09/11/2005
I cannot see within the file structure any mention of a DB file?
any ideas where this maybe?
When I queired Evesham, all they said they would not answer me unless I paid the years susbscription - My comment was "how many updates would I get for my years subscription" they couldnt answer so I said why should I pay for something that I dont know what Im going to get - as you can see - they havent updated and hence the reason I didnt pay
TIA |

If you look in the manual, does it say that you can add "custom" or "user" POIs or something like that?
If you can, there is a very good chance you can get the camera database loaded too. |

According to CLICK HERE there is no option to load User Definable POI to the Nav-Cam 7000.
Also from CLICK HERE
Quote: | The routing software is Smart2go |
and from CLICK HERE
Quote: | The Nav-Cam 7000 uses the Evesham Tripmaster Navigation software. |
The maps are Teleatlas.
Does that tell you anything about the software?
