Can you give a more detailed explanation of what you did and what happened? |

You are using POIEditor to open the files? |

Are you definitely trying to open the ASC files and not the bitmap files or any other file?
Did you see this note in the instructions
Note: Newer versions of the software, by default, ask for 'Files of type: CSV Files (*.csv)' You might have to put *.* or *.asc and press 'Open' in the File Name window in order to show the asc files.
Do you see the ASC and Bitmap files as shown in the picture in step 4? |

you could try renaming the files from .asc to .csv - see if that helps

If you have one of the grouped databases (seperated by type, speed zoned), using poi manager you must upload each file seperatly and you will need to rename each as they will overight each other. When you upload each file there will be several options to play with including the .bmp attachment where you can select an aproptiate image to be displayed.
Enjoy! _________________ Dom

Step 9 says
Quote: | 9. You will need to repeat this process, from part 4, for each camera type you wish to install onto your unit. |
As you install each one you can see what type it is (GATSO, MOBILE etc). Name them accordingly. |
