Windows 98 -Problems downloading

Hiya,
I have the Garmin nuvi 360..Its brilliant but I cannot download additional vehicles,voices,cameras etc.
I download using web update.The files then appear in my C drice. I presume the nuvi is on the e drive, but when I try to drag the files into the e-drive it comes up that there isnt enough memory space and I do not have permission.I have not successfully downloaded anything so surely I have permissio and there should also be enough space,
My computer is windows 98.Could this be the problem.

REally apprecaite any help or advice as I am so keen to start downloading and its really frustrating. Dont want to listen to emily all the time and have a standard blue car??

To change the vehicle to something other than a standard blue car, click on the spanner (Setup) symbol on the nuvi's main screen. Then click the 'Map' icon. Click the 'Change' button next to 'Vehicle". The up and down buttons let you scroll through the different vehicles and pointers. Click on the one you want to select it then click the 'OK' button to confirm the selection.

By default Windows 98 won't see the drives that the nuvi presents to it - it doesn't have proper support for Mass Storage devices.

There are two drives - one for the on-board disc and one for the SD slot.
You really need W2K or WXP in order to see the drives. See page 59 of the users manual.
