POI's not appearing on GPS device

Hi. I've just loaded a poi file to the SD card of my Garmin streetpilot 330 but cannot see them on the device. They are on the card in a poi folder within a garmin folder (along with UK maps as it is a US device). According to the site I downloaded them from (MaFt) they should appear on the my locations screen under custom poi's but they do not.

Any suggestions as to what has gone wrong? I used Garmin's POIloader and everything seemed to go OK, it said poi's had been uploaded.

Hi, just to say I got a reply form Garmin, and found out on another site, that on the 330 custom pois must be loaded on the device itself not the SD card. Now works fine but 2 mb limit . I don't suppose Garmin will be doing a firmware update to change this now they are discontinuing the 330.
