I gave you the link to help you help yourself, but anyway I've done a bit more research for you and can confirm that you cannot change the language of the operating system as confirmed here

You're last sentence has completely confused me, 1 minute your talking about a Chinese P350, now your talking about a Spanish P550

Right, lets see if I've got this right:
1. You have a P350 in Chinese that you now accept cannot be updated to English
2. You've upgraded to a P550 which you have a bluetooth problem with.
Have you got a manual for the unit? You can download one from the MIO site if not.
Failing that maybe you could start a new thread with the title MIO P550 Bluetooth problem for example.

I take it you have "updated" your Chinese P350 with an English P550 rom?
You cannot change it from Chinese to English and if you have changed it to P550 English rom then you must have problem.
