This has nothing to do with TomTOm I am afraid. Leave your Axim in the charger, but don't try to turn it on until the charging process has finished. Maybe you're lucky and the battery recovers. If not (and even a hard reset doesn't help) contact Dell for a replacement. _________________ Lutz

Hi,
I had the same problem with my Dell X5, i had to hit the reset button (left side) and you should then see a blue screen with the Dell logo on, it should re load after about 10-15 seconds :-)
Cheers
