Hi to all in the Garmin section....
I very recently returned a Navman F40 Europe as when opening the box, found the bluetooth box had a bent connection pin,
So returned it, and have ordered a Nuvi 660 with TMC,
Hope to have better luck with the Garmin than i had with navman.
Kind Regards to all. |

Garmin Nuvi 660 TMC has just arrived, have put it on charge and have used the built in code lock feature.
Used the software to register the product, and have updated the software via updater to latest version...
All working fine, just waiting for charge to complete now |

Thanks MaFt and thank you for the welcome, all charged and ready to use now...
Its probably just a minor thing to some, but this is the first sat nav we have had, that can find our address as the home address.
the tomtom the evesham and the brief encounter with the navman we had, all found the street we lived in but could not find the address road number of the house, and i have lived here 12years.
put in the postcode for setting up home address on the garmin, it asked for the house number, pressed enter and it asked me to confirm the address it had found, lo and behold found the right number immediately... |
