TT Home Back Up ?

On TT Home, I can see the three different maps that I have installed.
When you do a back up, does it back up all the data pertaining to all three maps or do you have to highlight each map individually somehow?
Also, is it possible to select an earlier back up option to restore ?

Use Windows Explorer to perform a reliable back-up, I only use Home these days to apply software updates to the devices when absolutely necessary - Mike
