Hi, the product code, is that what you are after? The product code is issued with the softwear(Maps), and is connected to your softwear, another code will not work, only the original code will work, I hate the way people rip you off on Ebay. According to TomTom, the code can be found here.
Your TomTom product code can be found on one of these places:
in TomTom HOME, select Explore from the Options menu, then double-click on the downloadable map
on the 'productcode card' in your TomTom box;
in your CD jewel case, behind your CD;
in your CD box, behind CD 2;
on your My Account - My Products page
TomTom recommends storing your product code in a safe place in case of future usage. This product code serves as proof that you have an official TomTom product and will be needed in the future for product activation, support and upgrades. Please go to your 'My TomTom' account and then to 'My Products' in order to store your product code.
If there is no product code in the box please return the product to the point of purchase.
So I think the only thing you can do is get in touch with TomTom. _________________ Audi A3 Sline sat nav
