I remember using the Colour Scheme Editor to change the map colours when I was using a PDA. I now have TT One Europe NE and it doesn't seem to have a folder called Schemes. Can the colour schemes be changed?

Hi, I have a TomTom ONE, New Edition. Don't know if its the same on yours, but, If you got to,
MENU/CHANGE PREFERENCES/SHOW ALL MENU OPTIONS
Then go back into the menu again
MENU/CHANGE PREFERENCES/CHANGE MAP COLOURS(on page 3)
Is this what you are after? I think you can also download more colour schemes from the TomTom web site. _________________ Audi A3 Sline sat nav

If I remember right, no model has a "schemes" folder when it comes out of the box, you just add it yourself when you've got some colour schemes to put in it.

Thanks for your reply, Tanda. No, I wasn't looking for the TomTom ones. I would like to install the Improved Astra from the Colour Scheme Editor site, but as the file structure is not the same as TTN5, I'm not sure if it can be done

Thanks Andy, I'll try to create a schemes folder and load my chosen colour scheme into that (Having first backed up my card!!!)
We posted almost at the same time, so I didn't see your reply until the following day

In case anyone else wants to do the same, it does work with TomTom One NE. I created a folder called Schemes, put in the two schemes I had downloaded from the Colour Schemes Editor web site, put the folder onto my SD card and the new schemes were available for selection on the Plug In page of the menu. The one I have chosen is an improvement on the supplied night time schemes.
