What is the number after the word data for each file?
I would also try reseting the unit with a paper clip. Make sure you know where the reset hole is IT IS NOT THE HOLE ON THE FRONT OF THE UNIT. Look under the device adjacent to the power connector - Mike |

Thanks you gave me a clue in your reply.
I changed the filename from a number to a name to make it recognisable on my pc. I have just changed it back again and it is working fine
Thanks for your help & advice
