Hi guys, a really basic question from a novice, but I can't find an explicit answer anywhere.
Can someone please confirm before I subscribe that the speed camera data base works on version 2 of the Tom Tom One (ie the version currently on sale in all the shops. ) I am just bit anxious to clarify this as I have heard of some after market programmes that work on Version 1 (the old Tom Tom One) but not version 2. Thanks guys. |

Welcome!
Yes it works fine.
Incidently, for your info, the database isn't "software" or "a program" as such. It's just a list of locations in a standard format used by all TomTom versions, both the standalone units and software for pdas, phones etc.
And to (maybe) answer your next question, the spoken alerts you can find HERE will work fine too.
Good luck and come back with any problems you may have. |

Thanks very much guys.
All I need to do now is to find a programme which will make my wife take the sat nav with her when she leaves the house!
