Sony Ericsson K800i

I have the above phone and not all features work with my TT go 510, though I have heard if you manually configure the TT and say that the phone is a 750i then all features work. I just dont know how to manually configure, as soon as the TT finds the phone via bluetooth it automatically sets everything up.
Any help will be much appreciated.
