tomtom 5.2 SPV please help!

I have had this tomtom working many times in the pastm, but lately its stopped so I reload it on sd and keep getting green page come up, I press "I agree" then press on Great Britian Plus map, but then I end up back on phones home screen! PLEASE PLEASE Help someone!

To expect an answer within that time is stretching it a bit far.
