Sorry if this problem has happened before but i couldnt find an answer.
I have downloaded the camera database and the sound file which is supposed to have a chime in front of it. But when I pass through a speed camera I just get the voice without the chime. Can anyone help.
I am using a TOMTOM One V2
thanks

Well the folder has chimes as part of the title. Maybe I'll try the siren ones instead.

Presuming you got them from THIS PAGE... We may have made a mistake, but please be more specific as to which set you are talking about as there are several to choose from on . A name would help! |

Hi Andy
The file I downloaded is PGPSW_TTS_Chime_Speedzoned.zip. The speed camera file I downloaded is PGPSW-speed-cams.
As this is a brand new TOMTOM and after reading forums on this page I decided not to take up the offer of the TOMTOM free cameras and subscribed here instead. These are the only 2 files I have added to my TOMTOM ONE V2
thanks
Savannah. |

OK... STAND BY... :x
You're right, there is a problem with that one...
Don't know how it slipped throught the net, but SOME speeeds/types ARE missing the chime.
I've got to pop out for a few hours but I'll get it sorted tonight. I don't have any way to correct it on the website myself, so that will take a day or two to be put right, but I will email you the corrected version if you send your email address to me via a PM (just click on the "PM button at the bottom of this post.
Sorry about the confusion |
