TT One + Western Europe Map Installation / Activation

Hi

I Recently purchased a TT One Regional and received the Map Collection for Western Europe on DVD. If I install the single europe map from the DVD will it overwrite the pre-installed map of the UK with the earlier version from the DVD.

Also if I install a single region, eg. France, and activate it, will I need to do the same when I install other regions from the same DVD.

I hope someone can help me

If you have a large enough SD card, you can install the Western Europe maps alongside the existing GB map. You can then select which map you want to use from the menu. The GB maps are by teleAtlas, whilst the WE maps are by NavTeq - when navigating in UK you can make up your own mind which you prefer. Where I live, in South Wales, the NavTeq maps are best, but that may not be true everywhere

I think it's only the V2 Euro SD card (& Rider) that uses Navteq. The download or DVD version are Teleatlas.
