Please forgive my ignorance, I past a camera yesterday that did not appear on my sat nav. When I checked the position on the gpsworld map it was grey with a red cross through it. Does this mean the camera is no longer active? |

What you have seen is a camera that used to be included within the database but has been deleted (it could have been taken down for maintenance purposes, then put back in place) - do you know the ID number of the camera?
If not you can find it from the camera map where you saw it was Grey, click the grey camera icon and its ID will be displayed in the lower left part of the display. - use this to submitt an update to the site from the same page - include as much information as possible in the comments field - Thanks Mike |

Which camera database are you using? PGPSW or another? _________________ Tomtom Go730T

Thanks for the reply, I'm using tomtom navigator 3 downloading ov2 files.
This camera always appeared previously to me downloading the March update. I have taken Mike's advice and notified gps world that the camera still is in its original position. |
