Bought a Tom Tom Go 910 from them; supposed to be brand new. Was delivered last week and upon opening the parcel i noticed that the box was rather bashed looking. Opened up the box and had a closer look at the tom tom unit itself and it was a used/scratched unit!!!!!!! 
Can't believe they would try to send me a used/refurbished unit! Called them up and no apology, just a "yeah, send it back FREEPOST" but i'm going to have to pay as you can't send parcels like that back FREEPOST.
Will be fighiutn to get my money back here.

yes, you can. it's not actually 'free post' it just means that they get the bill, not you

yes, you can. it's not actually 'free post' it just means that they get the bill, not you

Well, I asked the post office that, and they said that you used to be able to get a service (cash on delivery) but that it is no longer available.
Am paying for it so better get it back! |

hmm... i sent a parcel back the other week with a freepost address with no problems...
they need a code though, eg FREEPOST GARMIN, or FREEPOST ABC12345

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
