Tom Tom 510 speed cam sounds

Does anyone know how to put the speed cam warnings ont the 510 with software version 6.524 as there is also a .ver file there with the .bmp and .ov2 and even with the .ogg there the sounds do not work and as you can not access these poi,s via the menue system all I still get is the beeps. [/b]

You are trying to add the TomTom supplied speed camera database, not the PocketGPSWorld one.

The TomTom one is set up in the plus menu as it is not a standard POI. There is no way to assign any other sound except one standard "bong". There is also no way to adjust the distance at which the warning works.

To do any of what you want to do (eg use the ogg sound files) you need to use the PGPSW (or another third-party) database.
