I've updated my TomTom One using home to version 6.560, now when I turn if off, it takes quite a while to shut down then restarts itself immediately.

Anyone else having this issue?

Try pressing and holding the reset button for 30 seconds - then see what it does - Mike

I've tried the reset but still the same problem.

Once the unit restarts it takes ages to lock on to satalites like its doing a cold start.

I guess I'll be taking it back to where I bought it.

After doing a restart make sure the unit has a clear line of site for it to get a sat lock then it should be faster after 1st reset

I had this problem as well. I reloaded a backup copy onto a different sd card and it has been ok since. There was plenty of room on the old one (a Sandisk) but for some reason the new software did not like it.
