after updating my map (v6) on ttn5, it now keeps forgetting details like home, recent locations and my POI setting.
its not every time though. and sometimes if i dont add a home location after a couple of days is remembers where "home" is. or it forgets home but not recent location or POI's.
its as if its a women and cant make its mind up |

Paul, please make sure you are exiting the application correctly, you must use the Exit button, don't power the device down leaving TomTom running as this can cause the symptoms you describe, although they don't usually come back once lost! - Mike |

i learnt that lesson before.
i always shut tomtom down before turning the unit off. this is really strange cos last night it had forgotten all details. and i couldnt be bothered to enter them again. then this morning it came up with recent location and home. but no speed cams. so entered them again. got to work. shut it down (closing tt 1st) fired it back up to come home and it had forgotten everything |

Paul, which PDA are you using and does your device have SD and CF cards installed? - if so which card have you installed the TomTom software to - Mike |
