maping database for i3

Can anyone tell me where to get, and how to update my maping database on my Garmin i3 please?

I am stuck too, I just got a 2gb transcard and have the new cit navigator maps, I load the mapsource up and put transcard in I3, connect via usb but havent figured away to update it. I just updated the firmware to latest build with some extra voices

Well I got a pdf file from Garmin how to update it but it still wouldnt work, map seemed to be locked despite having the codes, Garmin now told me that they sent ment me wrong map, it should be a NT version or something, hence why code didnt work

If anyone is stuck I can send them the pdf file to update the map
