unlocking bluemedia 6300 issue

hi i follwed this gude on this forum to unlock me bm-6300 to a full win ce pna and it does not boot to desktop as the guide and a few others has said it should :

anyone got any ideas

the reg update part seems to work as it now boots regedit from windows/startup,instead of mnav folder but it wont show desktop on soft boot

it sync's up ok and i can access all the folders etc but just sit at the bluemedia flash screen (dialogue box for syncing briefly appears over this screen when cable inserted)

help pls as i soooooo wish to run other stuff other than just the nav software on it
