I am trying to connect my medion pocket pc to my laptop, & not having a lot of luck.
I have installed the active sync programme, restarted pc. When start active sync, i jus get a green circle spinning and the word "connecting"
It dont want to go any further though. Jus shows that same screen continuosly.
Can anyone tell me what i doing wrong?
Cheers

If the green icon is still spinning and Connecting... but nothing else, then it's one of two things.
1) Either you have lots of Calendar, Contacts, Tasks that it's trying to go through Outlook to check before syncing.
or
2) The Pocket PC has got confused. Undock it, wait for the icon to go gray, then soft reset the Medion Pocket PC. Small hole, insert stylus and this should perform a soft reset (like restart on the PC). Once it's back up and running insert Medion back into it's cradle and see if it works better. Sometimes ActiveSync can get confused, and either a soft reset of the Pocket PC or PC or both can resolve this. |
