Update I dont like

Hi,

I`ve had a Navman 520 for a while now and never had any problems but as I am driving through Europe a lot over the next few months I thought I would buy the European Maps. But first "why don't I do an update" I thought.........

How silly do I feel now. The "update" gave me the following.

1. US voices only
2. Roundabouts now called traffic circles? (bit like crop circles I guess!)
3. No 0.1 increment on any mileage, now its just 2 miles left, 1 mile left and for the last mile or so 0 miles left...not very helpful.........
And some other petty annoyances.

My question: Can I go back to my previous version: UK instructions: No crop circles...sorry Traffic Circles and my oh so very helpful 0.1 increments? Like an un-update?

I really hope I can.

As my IT support hubby said to me........If its working fine why on Earth did you update it? Um, because I could?

Forgot to mention the ‘update’ you did, fixed software issues, it was not a full upgrade it has been put on the back burner till March .
Go to main menu.
Preferences.
More preferences.
Startup
Tick, Language selection screen.
Save.
Turn off GPS, TURN IT BACK ON .
Select the Union Jack.
If not read my old posts.
If you read the manual, found under help page 69 of the manual, you can undo the update, but you do not want to do that. So read my old posts.
Are you running ST 2005, if so you will have to waite till March for the relese .
