TomTom6 and hx2795

I have a HP iPAQ (hx2795) and when I install tomtom6 with western europe maps, it tells me that the application cannot start. if i install just the uk maps then it gives me an error every time i turn it on saying "0x3 cannot load wave device" is there a patch or anything i can do to fix either of these problems?? thanks
