|
|
I have Nuvi 350 with a 2G SD card inserted.
I have loaded all of the relevant POIs from the site but on testing them I cannot see for instance my local Tesco store which I have checked is on the POI, Or B&Q etc.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks to anyone for your help. |

absolutely nothing.
this is how garmin made the software. you will only see them when you view the map and zoom in to a particular level. you COULD set up proximity alert for each one in poi loader but then you would get tonnes of annoying bonging everytime you were near one... however, they would show on the map then.

Thanks MaFt for your reply.
How can I then put into the device that I want to go there. without the postcode. I thought I would put in B&Q or Tesco and it would find the nearest one with a pretty icon, but it doesn't find any B&Q's just a BBQ restaurant in France!
Or is this not the way it works.
Not that I don't know where my nearest B&Q or Tesco is, but for the test. You would've thought this would be fundemental to POI's. ??? |

Cool.
I can see them on the map now, but you can't search for them by name ?
Or is there a way |
