Doies any know if this facilty works on the new tomtom one ver 2

Depends what you mean by "works".
The unit is physically capable of it.
You need to have the Loquendo TTS package installed, but you are breaking the terms of the licence agreement if you either copy it or share it
Tomtom have now tweaked the operating software to detect the hardware model and allow it to work ONLY in the 910.

how can this do text to speech as there is no computer voice option in the menus.

i know it works on the 510 & 710 because they have this option.

Having used TTS on the various units except the One V2 I dout it will work very well as the CPU is only 200Mhz.

As I said I haven't tried it, so I maybe wrong.

where did you put the TTS folder or files. ive had a go but it never even displayed the voice i was using from TTS.
